Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery. The JDR Group has the right to substitute any item for an equal or greater value, if any model is discontinued and/or made unavailable by the manufacturer. No refunds or exchanges on merchandise. Signature may be required upon delivery. After third failed delivery attempt, guests will be responsible for delivery costs. In the event an item is unavailable, a replacement item of equal or greater value will be shipped as a substitute.

Most items will be shipped via FedEx, you may sign up for FedEx delivery manager at www.Fedex.com/us/delivery. Once registered, you will automatically receive notifications of shipments.

All items should be opened upon receipt. Please report any damages, physical damage, external or internal within three (3) business days of receipt of item. For Freighted or White Glove delivered items, do not accept delivery if goods are damaged. Contact customer service and we will process claim and replacement. Failure to report within the time frame outlined may result in non-replacement of item.
